













Ingredients :
3 medium bread french baguette
water for soaking bread
4 tablespoon of milk powder
2 eggs
2 tablespoon of custard powder
2-3 tablespoon of sugar or to taste
1 tablespoon nutella
1 tablespoon butter
Procedures :
- Break the bread into pieces.
- Plunge the bread pieces in a pan of water. Let the bread pieces soak for at least 30 minutes.
- Then after soaking, strain the water from the bread pieces.
- Place the bread pieces in a dry towel. Squeeze the towel to remove the water and any excess till the bread pieces are dry.
- In a large bowl, add the bread pieces.
- Beat 2 eggs and add to the bread pieces. Mix.
- Add the milk powder. Mix.
- Add the custard powder. Mix
- Add some sugar. Mix
- Add 1 tablespoon of nutella chocolate spread. Mix.
- Butter a square pan.
- Add the bread mixture with other ingredients to the buttered pan.
- Pre heat oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Bake the bread pudding at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Check the cooking with a wooden stick. If it comes out clean it means the pudding is cooked.
Serve with tea, coffee or milk !
