Nutella bread pudding

Ingredients :

3 medium bread french baguette

water for soaking bread

4 tablespoon of milk powder

2 eggs

2 tablespoon of custard powder

2-3 tablespoon of sugar or to taste

1 tablespoon nutella

1 tablespoon butter

Procedures :

  1. Break the bread into pieces.
  2. Plunge the bread pieces in a pan of water. Let the bread pieces soak for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Then after soaking, strain the water from the bread pieces.
  4. Place the bread pieces in a dry towel. Squeeze the towel to remove the water and any excess till the bread pieces are dry.
  5. In a large bowl, add the bread pieces.
  6. Beat 2 eggs and add to the bread pieces. Mix.
  7. Add the milk powder. Mix.
  8. Add the custard powder. Mix
  9. Add some sugar. Mix
  10. Add 1 tablespoon of nutella chocolate spread. Mix.
  11. Butter a square pan.
  12. Add the bread mixture with other ingredients to the buttered pan.
  13. Pre heat oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
  14. Bake the bread pudding at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Check the cooking with a wooden stick. If it comes out clean it means the pudding is cooked.

Serve with tea, coffee or milk !
