Procedures :
1.Grind oatmeal till fine powder form. I have used some oats from Quaker oats and some from flocons d’avoine emco.
2. In a large bowl, add 1 small full bowl of oats, 1/2 bowl of semolina, 1/2 tablespoon of salt and 1/2 cup of yogurt. Mix everything.
3. Add water till the mixture is more fluid. Mix.
4. Then add 1/2 cup of carrots, 1/2 cup of tomatoes, 1/2 cup of corns, 1/2 tablespoon of chopped ginger, 1 tablespoon of coriander, some salt. Mix again. (You can use any other veggies that you have -peas, capsicum, beans, mushrooms..)
5. Add more water till the texture is more fluid and not heavy and dense.
6. Grease idli moulds with butter.
7. With a spoon, pour the batter over the idli moulds.
8. Steam the idlis till the water boils and cook for some 20-30 minutes till the batter is cooked inside out.
Serve and enjoy with chutney and tea!
