Pancake salt version

Ingredients :

200 g white flour

1 tablespoon corn flour

1 egg

A pinch of yellow coloured powder

Salt

2-3 tablespoon Spring onions

Water

Oil

Procedures:

1.In a bowl, add 200g sieve white flour, 1 tablespoon corn flour, a pinch of yellow coloured powder, 2-3 tablespoon spring onions,salt. Beat an egg and add to the mixture.

2. Add some water to make a runny batter. Mix well.

3. Heat oil on a frying pan.

4. With a ladder, take some batter and pour in circular shape on the pan to cook in oil. The thinner the batter the tastier it is.

5. Cook both side for a few minutes.

6. Serve with tomato chutney or coriander chutney.
