Pasta recipe

Ingredients :

1 box of 250g pasta Rivoire & Carret

Parsley Herbs

Eggs

Tomato Panzani original sauce ready made in glassware.

Grated cheese

Breadcrumbs from salty biscuits

Procedures :

1.Put water till you reach boiling point.

2. In the water, add a generous spoon of butter. Keep stirring.

3. Once the water is boiling, place the macaroni in the pan. Add salt and give a good stir.

4. Wait for the macaroni to soften approximately 30 minutes. But not too soft also as the macaroni will break otherwise.

5. Once soft and well cooked, strain the macaroni.

6. In another pan, fry 2 eggs into omelet. Cut them into small long pieces.

7. In another pan, sauteed the panzani original sauce with onions and herbs.

8. Gradually add the macaroni in the tomato sauce mixture. Mix them. Sprinkle omelet slices and parsley herbs.

9. While serving in a plate, add grated macaroni and breadcrumbs on top.

10. Serve hot.
