Peanuts boiled

Ingredients :

3/4 kg of peanuts

water

salt

Procedures :

  1. Half fill a pressure cooker with water.
  2. Wash the peanuts clean. Add 3/4 kg of peanuts in the cooker.
  3. Add salt.
  4. Cook till the whistle blows some 4-5 times.
  5. Check whether one peanut is tender.
  6. If peanut is well cooked and soft, strain the water.
  7. Serve as snack.

Peanuts roasted

Ingredients :

1/2 kg of peanuts

Procedure :

1.Take small batches of peanuts and insert in a pan.

2. Roast on medium flame while stirring from time to time.

Allow to cool and serve as snack.
