Peas and potato curry

Ingredients :

A handful of peas defrost

3-4 medium sized potatoes

1 tomato

salt

Oil

Garam masala powder – (cumin, cardamon, coriander and black pepper powder mix)

Water

Procedures :

1.Defrost a handful portion of frozen peas. Wash and reserve in a bowl.

2.Wash 3-4 medium size potatoes, peel off the skin and dice them into small cubes.

3. Wash 1 tomato, remove seeds and cut into small pieces.

4. In a pan add oil and heat on medium flame.

5. Cook the tomatoes till soft. Add peas and poatoes. Cook in oil. And some water and cook.

6. Mix the ingredients in pan. Add garam masala powder and salt. Cook again.

7. Add some water and cover the pan with a lid.

8. Cook till potatoes are soft and in sauce texture.

Ready to eat with rice, dhall, chutney, pickle. Bon appetito!
