Pineapple jelly with fruits

Ingredients :

1 small Moir’s jelly pineapple flavored packet

1 canned mixed fruits – i have used silver leaf

225 ml boiling water

175 ml very cold water

Procedures :

  1. Prepare small 4 cups.
  2. Open a canned fruit mix. Remove the syrup by straining and reserve the fruits in these small bowls.
  3. Put to boil 225 ml of water in a pan.
  4. Dissolve the powdered content of pineapple in the boiling water in pan and keep cooking gelatine in the boiling water for 2 minutes and keep stirring with a manual hand mixer. All powder should dissolve and become clear.
  5. In the same pan containing the hot pineapple gelatine, add 175 ml of very cold water. Mix.
  6. Pour the liquid jelly in the small bowls. Allow to cool.
  7. Then refrigerate the jelly overnight 12hours for the jelly to become firm and set. It takes time. I prepared on the eve and next day i consume the dessert.
  8. Serve pineapple fruit jelly cold, you can add creme fouettée for even better taste. Enjoy!
