
Ingredients :
Pizza dough frozen from store
4-5 medium tomatoes
Chunks of canned tuna
Herbs -thyme, rosemary leaves, italian pizza herbs
Mozarella
Salt
Veggies add-ons – fresh capsicum diced, fresh carrots diced, frozen corns, frozen peas
Procedures :
1.Defrost the frozen pizza dough at room temperature for exact 1 hour.
2. During the one hour of waiting, chop thin slices of 5 tomatoes. In a saucepan, add some oil, cook the tomatoes, add salt, thyme, rosemary leaves cook again. When the tomatoes soften, add water and simmer for some 10 minutes. Keep stirring and checking the tomatoes till the tomato sauce is ready.
3. Using a roller pin, flatten the pizza dough when the one hour waiting is over.
4. Use a pizza mould, spread slightly butter on it.
5. Place the pizza dough on the mould and prickle the dought with a fork to allow air to penetrate.
6. Spread tomato sauce on the pizza dough, add the tuna chunks, corns, peas, ( fried capsicums or carrots), Italian pizza herbs and mozzarella cheese on top.
7. Preheat oven 200 degrees for 10 mins.
8. Cook pizza 200 degrees for 20-25 mins. Keep checking from time to time if dough is cooked depending on dough thickness.
