Pomegrenade and beetroot juice

Ingredients :

1 whole pomegrenade fruit

1 medium size beetroot

1 glass of water/ 200 ml water

2 tablespoon honey

2-3 ice cubes

Procedures :

1.Wash the pomegrenade. Remove all the seeds from the pomegrenade skin. Reserve fruits in a bowl.

2.Wash a beetroot and peel off the skin. Cut the beetroot into small thin sizes.

3. Reserve 200 ml water in a glass.

4. Prepare 2 tablespoon of honey.

5.Have your ice cubes ready.

6. In a blender, add all the pomegrenade fruits/seeds, add the beetroot slices, add 200 ml water, 2 tablespoon honey. Blend the mixture. Then strain the juice so as to remove residual seeds. Add 2 cubes of ice. Serve chill in glass.
