Puff pastry with tomatoes, mozarella, herbs

Ingredients :

1 frozen ready made puff pastry dough

1 Panzani tomato sauce

Mozarella cheese

Italian herbs

Procedures :

1.Defrost at room temperature a frozen puff pastry dough for 1 hour.

2. After exactly one hour, the puff pastry dough becomes malleable. With a rolling pin, flatten the dough in a thin layer. Cut the dough into large rectangular shapes.

3. Fill in the dough with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and Italian herbs. Fold the rectangular dough to close the filling.

4. Preheat oven 180degrees for 15 minutes.

5. Bake the puff pastry till golden brown  180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
