
















Ingredients :
200 g self raising flour
1 tbsp plain yogurt
A pinch of salt
Water to form a dough
oil for frying
Procedure :
- Take 200g self raising flour and sift in a bowl.
- Add 1 tablespoon of yogurt to the flour.
- Add a pinch of salt to the flour.
- Mix with hands.
- Heat water till warm.
- Pour warm water over the flour little by little so as to form a dough.
- Once the dough is malleable, make small circular shape with the dough.
- With a rolling pin, flatten the circular shape dough. 0.5 cm thickness.
- Pour oil in a deep pan. Allow oil to be hot.
- Fry the puri’s (flattened dough) on medium heat.
- The puri’s should be cooked on both sides for 1 minutes. The puri will also come enlarged during frying.
