Quiche tuna

Ingredients :

Pastry dough

400 g flour

Salted butter 220 g

6 tbspoon liquid milk

Filling for quiche

1 egg

Mozarella cheese

1 canned tuna with chilli flakes

Heavy cream

Basil herbs

Coriander leaves

Procedures:

1.Sift 400 g flour in a bowl.

2.Add cold 220g salted butter little by little and rub in with the flour till you get a crumb like consistency mixture.

3. Add 6 tablespoon of milk till you can make a dough that is malleable and could be rolled.

4. Butter a baking quiche mould slightly.

5. Roll the pastry dough and place in the mould. Remove any surplus coming out of the baking mould.

6. Prick the rolled dough in the mould with a fork.

7. In a bowl, beat an egg. Add basil herbs, tuna chunks, mozzarella cheese, heavy cream, coriander leaves.

8. Pour the mixture over the pastry dough without overfilling it.

9. Pre heat oven 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

10. Cook the quiche for 25 minutes or more over 180 degrees. Insert a wooden stick to check if it comes out clean.
