Rice noodle soup

Ingredients :

½ packet of rice noodles

1 egg

Pak choi leaves

Veggies- carrots corns

Salt

Procedures :

1.Put ½ packet of rice noodles to boil with water. Add some salt to the noodle stock

2. Make an omelette on a frying pan add salt to it, set aside and cut into long pieces.

3.In a pan, fry different veggies to your choice – carrots, corns and add salt.

4. Combine the egg slices and veggies in the rice noodle soup.

5. Serve hot.
