
Ingredients :
1 whole chicken
For marination/seasoning
Salt, cinnamon powder, ginger and garlic paste, Herbs(thyme, rosemary), Honey
For chicken stuffing
Onions, carrots, potatoes drizzles with olive oil and salt
Procedures :
- Marinate the chicken with salt, cinnamon powder, ginger garlic paste, herbs, and honey.
- Drizzle some olive oil on diced raw carrots, onions and potatoes. Close the chicken legs with threads.
- Leave chicken in fridge for 45 minutes and leave marination to rest.
- Pre heat oven 200 degrees for 15 minutes
- Roast the whole chicken at 200 degrees for 1 hour till chicken skin is golden brown.
- Enjoy the roast chicken with lettuce and tomato salad.
