Roasted chicken

Ingredients :

1 whole chicken

For marination/seasoning

Salt, cinnamon powder, ginger and garlic paste, Herbs(thyme, rosemary), Honey

For chicken stuffing

Onions, carrots, potatoes drizzles with olive oil and salt

Procedures :

  1. Marinate the chicken with salt, cinnamon powder, ginger garlic paste, herbs, and honey.
  2. Drizzle some olive oil on diced raw carrots, onions and potatoes. Close the chicken legs with threads.
  3. Leave chicken in fridge for 45 minutes and leave marination to rest.
  4. Pre heat oven 200 degrees for 15 minutes
  5. Roast the whole chicken at 200 degrees for 1 hour till chicken skin is golden brown.
  6. Enjoy the roast chicken with lettuce and tomato salad.
