Roht

Ingredients :

200g self raising flour

120g milk powder

1 tbspoon fennel powder

1 tbspoon cardamon powder

1 tbspoon butter/ghee

Few raisins

75g sugar or to taste

Liquid milk for dough

Oil for frying

Procedures :

1.Mix all the dry ingredients first ( 200g white flour sifted, 120g powdered milk, 1 tbsp fennel powder, 1 tbsp cardamon powder, 1 tbsp butter/ghee, 75g sugar, few raisins.

2. Add liquid milk to the dry ingredients little by little to form a dough that is malleable. From the dough, make small rounded doughs.

3. In a pan, put oil to heat.

4. In medium temperature oil, fry each small doughs called roht by turning them upside down till golden brown.
