Sardines salad

Ingredients :

1 tin of sardines fish

french baguette medium or small

1 onion

1 tomato

1 green chili

Procedures :

1.Open a tin of sardines fish. Drain the oil.

2.Place the whole individual fish on a plate and with a knife cut open each fillet fish in two. Remove the spine of the fish.

3. Cut further in smaller parts the sardine fish.

4. Wash a tomato and dice it.

5. Wash an onion. Peel off the skin and dice into slices.

6. In a bowl, place the small parts of sardines fish, add tomato cubes, add onion slices. Mix.

Salt and chili optional as per your taste.
