











Ingredients :
- One packet of amaranth leaves (brede malbar)
- Garlic pieces
- Onion slices
- 2-3 small tomatoes
- 1 dry red chili
- oil
- water for washing
Procedures :
- Remove by hands dry leaves, rotten ones.
- Wash them thoroughly or put to soak in vinegar. Then rinse.
- In a pan, add oil and heat.
- Fry garlic, onions in medium heat.
- Add all the amaranth leaves and cover with a lid. Allow to cook.
- No need to put water for cooking. As the leaves decrease in size, add tomatoes on top and cook again by closing the lid.
- Once leaves and tomatoes are cooked, remove brede malbar from heat. Serve with rice and curry.
