
Ingredients :
1 large chayot
2 small carrots
1 medium potatoes
thyme
oil
salt
water
Procedures :
- Wash thoroughly all vegetables – chayot, carrots and potatoes.
- Peel off the skin of vegetables and dice into cubes.
- In a pan, heat some oil.
- Add thyme and all the vegetables in cube size. Cook in oil for 1-2 minutes stirring from time to time.
- Add some water. Cover the pan with a lid.
- Cook veggies in medium flame till soft when pricking with a fork. Serve with bread or rice and lentils, omelet.
