Sauteed chayot, carrots and potatoes

Ingredients :

1 large chayot

2 small carrots

1 medium potatoes

thyme

oil

salt

water

Procedures :

  1. Wash thoroughly all vegetables – chayot, carrots and potatoes.
  2. Peel off the skin of vegetables and dice into cubes.
  3. In a pan, heat some oil.
  4. Add thyme and all the vegetables in cube size. Cook in oil for 1-2 minutes stirring from time to time.
  5. Add some water. Cover the pan with a lid.
  6. Cook veggies in medium flame till soft when pricking with a fork. Serve with bread or rice and lentils, omelet.
