







Ingredients :
1 chayote
thyme leaves
salt
oil
Procedures :
- Wash a chayote. Cut into two halves one chayote.
- Remove the skin
- Remove the middle part of the chayote.
- Then slice into long thin chayotes.
- Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pressure cooker.
- Put all the chayote to fry in oil for some minutes.
- Add thyme.
- Add 1/4 mug of water.
- Add salt.
- Close the pressure cooker lid. Wait for a few whistles.
