Sauteed chayote

Ingredients :

1 chayote

thyme leaves

salt

oil

Procedures :

  1. Wash a chayote. Cut into two halves one chayote.
  2. Remove the skin
  3. Remove the middle part of the chayote.
  4. Then slice into long thin chayotes.
  5. Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pressure cooker.
  6. Put all the chayote to fry in oil for some minutes.
  7. Add thyme.
  8. Add 1/4 mug of water.
  9. Add salt.
  10. Close the pressure cooker lid. Wait for a few whistles.
