Sauteed chicken

Ingredients :

250 g of boneless chicken

Chicken marination : garlic ginger paste, salt, pepper, honey, cinnamon powder

Carrots

Mushrooms

Onions

Bok choi leaves

Salt

Oyster sauce

Procedures :

1.Wash, rinse and dry the 250g boneless chicken.

2. Cut chicken into small pieces 2 cm dimension.

3.Marinate the chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste, cinnamon powder, honey, salt, pepper . Leave to rest for 1 hour.

4. Wash and cut all vegetables into small pieces : carrots, mushrooms, onions and bak choi leaves.

5. In a pan, heat oil in medium flame.

6. Cook the chicken, onions and mushrooms in oil only for 10-15 minutes by covering the pan with lid. Wait for the chicken flesh to whiten.

7. Add all other vegetables (carrots and bak choi leaves). Add some water. Cover the lid of pan and cook with steam.

8.Once the chicken and all vegetables have become tender, add some salt and oyster sauce. Mix and cook again for a few minutes.

Serve sauteed chicken hot.
