Semolina

Ingredients :

1 cup roasted semolina

½ cup liquid milk

2 tbs ghee or butter

 sugar

 almond/ cashew nuts

 raisins

cardamon seeds crushed

cinnamon powder

coconut powder

Procedures :

1.Put to boil raisins and almond. Remove. Peel off almond and crush them into smaller pieces.

2.Crush fennel seeds, cardamon and a cinnamon stick till smaller pieces.

3.Put ghee or butter in a pan.

4.Fry the raisins and almond or cashew nuts with the mixture of fennel seeds, cardamon seeds crushed and cinnamon stick in ghee or butter.

5.Add 1/2 cup of milk and some sugar to taste.

6.Keep mixing with a spoon.

7.Little by little add the roasted semolina to the milk by stirring and repeat till all milk evaporates.

8. Sprinkle coconut powder on top of semolina.
