Sesame seed balls

Ingredients :

200 g plain white flour

50 g self raising flour

50 g milk powder

60 g white sugar

2 tbspn ghee

150 ml water for making dough or enough water to make a dough not too hard not too soft

one bowl of water to plunge the round dough before rolling with sesame seeds

pinch of salt

one packet of sesame seeds

oil for frying

Procedures :

  1. In a bowl, add 200g white flour, add 50g self raising flour, 50 g milk powder, sugar to your taste, 2 tabsp ghee and a pinch of salt. Mix everything.
  2. Gradually add water (room temperature) till you make a dough.
  3. Make small round shape dough.
  4. Take one dough and plunge in a bowl of water (room temperature). Then remove it from water bowl and roll it with sesame seeds. Repeat the process for all the small doughs.
  5. Heat oil.
  6. Once the oil is heated, put the flame on medium heat and deep fry each sesame seed balls.

Serve with tea/milk/coffee !
