Snoek in tomato sauce

Ingredients :

150 g of snoek fish

2-3 tomatoes diced with sauce in can

pan of water

oil

Optional : onions, coriander leaves

Procedures :

  1. In a pan, add the whole snoek fish and allow boiling for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain the water after boiling.
  3. Again add water in the pan, and boil again for some 10 minutes to remove the saltiness.
  4. Then drain the water.
  5. Now, with your hands, break the snoek fish and remove maximum fish bone.
  6. In a pan, add 2 tablespoon of oil. Heat the oil.
  7. Fry the snoek fish for some 5 minutes by turning.
  8. Add the tomatoes diced and tomato sauce. Keep stiring and cooking.
  9. Add 1/4 glass of water to have more tomato sauce. Cover the pan and allow cooking for some minutes.
  10. DO NOT ADD SALT.

Remove from pan and serve with rice, dhall etc..
