



Ingredients :
150 g of snoek fish
2-3 tomatoes diced with sauce in can
pan of water
oil
Optional : onions, coriander leaves
Procedures :
- In a pan, add the whole snoek fish and allow boiling for 10 minutes.
- Drain the water after boiling.
- Again add water in the pan, and boil again for some 10 minutes to remove the saltiness.
- Then drain the water.
- Now, with your hands, break the snoek fish and remove maximum fish bone.
- In a pan, add 2 tablespoon of oil. Heat the oil.
- Fry the snoek fish for some 5 minutes by turning.
- Add the tomatoes diced and tomato sauce. Keep stiring and cooking.
- Add 1/4 glass of water to have more tomato sauce. Cover the pan and allow cooking for some minutes.
- DO NOT ADD SALT.
Remove from pan and serve with rice, dhall etc..
