Squid in cornflakes crumbs

Ingredients :

1 squid 250 g

1/4 packet of kelloggs cornflakes crumbs

1 egg

pinch of salt

oil for frying

Procedures :

  1. Wash thoroughly the squid.
  2. Open cut into two.
  3. Cut thin lines inside the squid diagonals.
  4. Cut into thin strips.
  5. Beat one egg.
  6. Roll the squid strip in beaten egg, mix a bit of salt and roll in cornflakes crumbs.
  7. Heat oil in a pan.
  8. Fry each squid in hot oil.

Eat with bread or rice!
