






Ingredients :
1 squid 250 g
1/4 packet of kelloggs cornflakes crumbs
1 egg
pinch of salt
oil for frying
Procedures :
- Wash thoroughly the squid.
- Open cut into two.
- Cut thin lines inside the squid diagonals.
- Cut into thin strips.
- Beat one egg.
- Roll the squid strip in beaten egg, mix a bit of salt and roll in cornflakes crumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry each squid in hot oil.
Eat with bread or rice!
