
Ingredients :
1 small broccoli
1 small carrot
Procedures:
1. Wash the broccoli and carrot. Remove the outer skin.
2.Parboil the broccoli for 10 minutes in water.
3. Remove broccoli.
4. In a pan, stir fry carrot and broccoli, add some water and some salt. Cook till water has evaporated and vegetables are dry.
5. Ready to be served.
