Sutarfeni is a Gujrati and Rajasthani sweet that is made from Phyllo pastry/kataifi pastry, melted ghee, white sugar syrup, red/green food colouring, cardamon powder.
But this is one is a commercial Sutarfeni which i bought. I could not cook at home due to non disponibility of phyllo pastry! Just wanted to share this dessert idea.
