
Ingredients :
300 g semolina
75g sugar
1/2 tbsp cardamom
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp unsalted butter
400 ml liquid milk
vanilla extract
raisins
2 tbsp baking powder
water for steaming
coconut powder
Procedures :
a) Mix all dry indredients – 300g semolina, 75g sugar, cardamom, pinch of salt, unsalted butter.
b) Add 400 ml liquid milk and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix.
c) Add 2 tbsp baking powder over the mixed ingredients.
d) Grease idli moulds.
e) Pour batter in idli moulds. Add a raisin over the top of each idli.
f) Steam for 15-20 minutes.
g) After steaming, roll each idli in coconut powder.
