Sweet vermicelli in milk

Ingredients :

Vermicelli 250g

2 tbspoon sugar

2 cups liquid milk

Raisins to taste

Almond flakes to taste

Procedure :

1.Roast vermicelli in some butter till golden brown.

2.While roasting, break the vermicelli into smaller pieces.

3. Add some milk, sugar, raisins, almonds, cardamom  to the vermicelli and allow milk to boil.

4. Stir the vermicelli from time to time while cooking.

5. Allow the milk to decrease in volume.
