







Ingredients :
100 g tapioca pearls
300 ml water to cook the tapioca pearls
1/2 canned condensed milk ( sweetness as per your taste)
1 can of preserved peach fruits
5 g of powdered agar agar powder (mousse) (1/2 packet of agar agar powder)
Green food colouring (1 pinch)
250 ml Water for cooking agar agar powder (mousse)
Chocolate piece
2-3 tablespoons of custard powder
100 ml Milk
Procedures :
1.Soak the 100 g tapioca pearls in water overnight.
2.In the morning, wash and rinse the tapioca pearls and drain all the water.
For mousse or agar agar
In a pan, dissolve 5g agar agar powder in 250 ml of water, add some sugar. Add a pinch of green food colouring to obtain a green mousse. Allow to boil on medium flame. Then pour the agar agar in a glass vessel and allow to cool. The agar agar will solidify and after cooling can be diced or grated.
For the custard
Dissolve 2-3 tablespoon of custard powder in 100 ml milk.
For the tapioca pearls
In a pan, add 100 g of tapioca pearls in 300 ml water. Cook the tapioca pearls till they become translucent and sticky. Adding sugar is optional.
Peach in can
Cut slices of peach fruit from the can.
For the dessert
In a pan, add the cooked tapioca pearls, add half can of condensed milk already sugary. Add liquid custard. Add grated green mousse. Add slices of peach fruits together in the pan. Keep mixing on medium flame till thick consistency of dessert. Allow to cool then keep in fridge for 2 hours.
Serve tapioca pearls and custard in dessert bowl. Garnish with peach, chocolate piece, grated green mousse.
