Tomato soup

Ingredients :

5 whole tomatoes

water

1 bowl frozen corns

pinch salt to the soup

2 tbsp cornstarch powder in 1/4 glass of water, mix, add salt

1 beaten egg add salt

Procedures :

  1. Fill water in a pan.
  2. Add 5 tomatoes.
  3. Boil the tomatoes till the skin softens and starts to come off.
  4. Remove pan from heat. Remove tomatoes from water. Peel off the skin.
  5. Now cut thinly the tomatoes.
  6. In a large saucepan, add 5 tablespoon of oil.
  7. Cook the tomatoes till tender.
  8. Add a bowl of frozen washed corns.
  9. 3/4 fill the saucepan with water.
  10. Add salt. Mix. Let cook.
  11. Add 3 tablespoon of cornstarch powder in a bowl with 1/4 glass of water. Mix.
  12. Pour the cornstarch liquid form in the soup. Let boil.
  13. Once the water starts to boil, add eggs little by little all over and cook for 1 minute.
  14. Serve hot soup with bread slices!
