











Ingredients :
5 whole tomatoes
water
1 bowl frozen corns
pinch salt to the soup
2 tbsp cornstarch powder in 1/4 glass of water, mix, add salt
1 beaten egg add salt
Procedures :
- Fill water in a pan.
- Add 5 tomatoes.
- Boil the tomatoes till the skin softens and starts to come off.
- Remove pan from heat. Remove tomatoes from water. Peel off the skin.
- Now cut thinly the tomatoes.
- In a large saucepan, add 5 tablespoon of oil.
- Cook the tomatoes till tender.
- Add a bowl of frozen washed corns.
- 3/4 fill the saucepan with water.
- Add salt. Mix. Let cook.
- Add 3 tablespoon of cornstarch powder in a bowl with 1/4 glass of water. Mix.
- Pour the cornstarch liquid form in the soup. Let boil.
- Once the water starts to boil, add eggs little by little all over and cook for 1 minute.
- Serve hot soup with bread slices!
