Vanilla pancake

Ingredients :

2 cups of 115 g yogurt without sugar

2 beaten eggs with 40 ml water

200 g white flour

1 packet of yeast or baking powder

sugar to taste

liquid milk for runny batter ( omit if you like thick pancake)

1 tbsp vanilla essence

butter

Procedures :

  1. In a bowl, beat 2 eggs and add 40ml of water in it. Mix well.
  2. In a bowl, add 200g of sieved flour, add baking powder. Mix. Add 115g of yogurt (x2). Add the beaten eggs. Add sugar. Mix. Add some vanilla essence. You can use a blender for an even smoother batter.

If you don’t like thick batter, add some liquid milk. Then mix with a spoon itself.

3. Pour 1 tablespoon of butter over a heated pan.

4. Pour the pancake batter over the pan and cook on both sides till golden brown.

Serve hot with jam, nutella, chocolate, sugar etc..
