
For 8-10 waffles
Ingredients:
Butter 125 g
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
100g sugar or up to taste
250g of plain white flour
150g of powdered milk and add water to make it liquid milk
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
Procedures :
1.Mix all dry ingredients – flour, sugar, baking powder, butter.
2.Mix the wet ingredients: 2 eggs, milk, vanilla essence..
3.Combine both dry and wet ingredients till a think paste consistency. An electric batter would be useful.
4.Let the batter rest for an hour at room temperature.
5.Pour batter into silicone waffle moulds.
6.Preheat oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees
7.Cook for some 15-20 minutes in oven till batter has completely dried inside
