Vermicelli pudding

Ingredients :

100 g vermicelli

200 ml liquid milk

6-8 tablespoon condensed milk or as per your taste

2-3 tablespoon of raisins

2 tablespoon butter

Coconut powder

Procedures :

1. In a pan, break vermicelli into shorter lengths.

2. Roast the 100g vermicelli in medium flame.

3.Heat 3 tablespoon of butter in a pan.

4. Cook the vermicelli in butter for 5 minutes approx.

5.Then add 200 ml liquid milk and stir.

6.Add 6-8 tablespoon condensed milk for sweetness.

7. Add raisins. Stir.

8.Cover the pan, cook again till all milk evaporate.

9.Place the cooked vermicelli in a bowl and allow to set. Sprinkle coconut powder on top.
