




Ingredients :
2 small tomatoes
1 onion
Garlic ginger paste 1 tablespoon
1 packet ‘botte’ of watercress
salt to taste
oil 1 tablespoon
1 pan of water
Procedures :
1.Wash and cut tomatoes in slices. Cut one onion in small pieces.
2.For the watercress, cut half part of it and conserve only the leaves and half of the watercress upper part. Wash thoroughly. Place the watercress in a pan of water with salt and vinegar to remove any impurities for one hour.
3. After one hour, wash and rinse the watercress leaves.
4. In a pan, put some oil to heat.
5. Sautee 1 tablespoon of ginger/garlic, 1 onion slices and 2 small tomatoes till tender.
6. Then fill the pan with water. Keep stirring so the sautee mixture is spread in the water.
7. Allow the water to boil. Add salt to taste.
8. When water is boiling, put the heat off and start adding the watercress. Stir. The watercress leaves should remain greeny.
Serve hot.
