White chocolate coconut delicacies

Ingredients :

125 ml coconut milk

1 bowl of fresh grated coconut

25 g coconut powder

3-4 squares of white chocolate for sweetness

a handful of almonds whole and dry

Procedures :

  1. In a bowl, pour in 125 ml of coconut milk.
  2. Wash and peel off one coconut. Cut into halves. Grate the fresh coconut in one small bowl.
  3. Reserve 25 g coconut powder in another bowl.
  4. Melt 2-3 squares of white chocolate in a bowl in microwave.
  5. Have a handful of almond pieces to insert inside the coconut truffle.
  6. In the bowl containing 125 ml of coconut milk, add melted white chocolate. Stir.
  7. Add grated fresh coconut to the mixture. Mix.
  8. Add 25 g coconut powder. Mix with a spoon.
  9. The mixture will now become of a thick consistency such that small round coconut truffles are made.
  10. Insert one almond inside the coconut truffle while making into rounded shapes.
