Zucchini sauteed

Ingredients :

1 long zucchini vegetable

2-3 small onions

salt

water

Oil

Procedures :

1.Wash the zucchini. Cut the zucchini into small cubes keeping the green skin on it.

2. Peel off onion skin and wash the whole onions. Then slice the onions thinly.

3. In a pressure cooker, add water, salt and zucchini pieces and cook on medium heat. Allow to become tender and strain the water.

4. In a pan, add some oil and heat oil on medium flame. Fry the onions. Then sauteed the zucchini in the pan with the onions. Cover the pan and allow to cook. You can add bit of salt. Keep mixing and check the cooking.

Remove from heat.

Allow to cool. Sprinkle olive oil and optional add parmesan cheese.
